Hearts Matter uses United Parcel Service (UPS) as its preferred carrier, and all shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination ("Ship To" zip code). We ship to US locations only, and cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses.  All shipping addresses require a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to UPS restrictions.

30-Day Return Policy

Hearts Matter may issue a refund or credit on most items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items you wish to return MUST be unused and in their original packaging. If you would like to return a product, please call us at (859) 309 - 2950 or email admin@heartsmatterllc.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and number. Once you receive this RMA form/number, please include a copy with your return, to ensure your return is received properly. 

Non-Returnable Items

Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include:

- Opened or Damaged Electrode Pads

- Opened or Used Batteries

- Opened Rescue Kits, CPR Masks/Barriers

If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries which are in non-resalable condition will be deducted from the total refund.
